A Llanbadarn Fawr man will stand trial later this year after appearing in court to deny being in charge of a vehicle while above the alcohol limit.
Matthew Barratt, of Bwthyn Bronpadarn, Pen y Graig, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 2 September.
The 55-year-old pleaded not guilty to being in charge of a Ford Kuga while above the alcohol limit at the Thomas Parry Library building in Aberystwyth on 9 August this year.
Barratt is due to stand trial on the charge at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 13 October.
He was remanded on unconditional bail until that date.
