A Penparcau woman will stand trial next year after denying a charge of theft from an Aberystwyth shop.

Tanya Wylde, of 22 Ystwyth Close, Heol Dinas, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 22 October.

The 34-year-old pleaded not guilty to stealing £16.05 worth of items from the Tesco Express store in Aberystwyth on 14 July this year.

Wylde is due to stand trial at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 14 January.

She was remanded on conditional bail until that date, including conditions not to enter the Tesco Express store.
