A PORTHMADOG man has been banned from entering any pub or licensed premises in Gwynedd.
Toby Humphries, 25, has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order following a string of offences in the region, North Wales Police has announced.
A Criminal Behaviour Order focuses on more serious offenders, who engage in criminal activity as well as antisocial behaviour.
The order has been put in place to prevent Humphries (pictured) from being intoxicated through drink or drugs in any public place in England and Wales and also stops him from entering any licensed premises across Gwynedd at any time.
The order also outlines that Humphries must not “use, or encourage others to use, foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening, disorderly or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place in England and Wales”, including interactions on social media.
Finally, he is not allowed to congregate in a group of three or more anywhere in Gwynedd if the group is “causing or likely to cause any person to fear for their safety”.
Failure to comply with the order is a criminal offence and as such can result in imprisonment and/or a fine.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: “Suspected breaches of these conditions can be reported on 101 or through North Wales Police’s live chat support on www.north-wales.police.uk. Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
