A LLANYBYDDER man who parked his car on a pelican crossing in Lampeter has been fined by magistrates.

Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 11 April that Patrick David Niall O’Keeffe, of Ty Castan, Pencarreg, stopped his Ford Fiesta within the limits of a Pelican crossing outside Oscar's Den on College Street in Lampeter on 28 October last year.

The 20-year-old was fined £220 and handed three penalty points.

He must also pay costs of £90 and an £88 surcharge.
