A Penrhyndeudraeth woman has been fined by magistrates after stealing chocolate and Red Bull from a Blaenau Ffestiniog supermarket.

Sarah Jones, of 16 Maes Deudraeth, appeared before Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on 14 October.

The 38-year-old pleaded guilty to stealing two chocolate bars and two cans of Red Bull from the Co-Operative store in Blaenau Ffestiniog on 25 August last year.

Jones was fined £40 and must pay £6.80 compensation.

She must also pay £85 costs.
