A hot tub repair man from Barmouth arrived on a female customer’s front door with his private parts sticking out of his trousers, a Scottish court has been told.
Ivan Kotkov continued to expose himself while carrying out work at her house before then visiting the home of a second woman where he again walked around the house with his private parts exposed, Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard.
The 42-year-old Bulgarian national, of Marine Parade, was placed on the sex offenders’ register after being found guilty of two counts of intentionally exposing his genitals and will be sentenced on 4 December.
The court heard that Tubs 2 You, a Dolgellau-based family business, had dispatched the defendant to carry out repairs to hot tubs at homes in Dunfermline and Cowdenbeath on 28 August last year.
One of the women took a photograph of Kotkov exposing himself which was shown in court.
The women, aged 54 and 33, described his privates as ‘hanging out’ of his trousers as he walked about their homes carrying out repairs.
Both were very distressed by their ordeals with one saying she felt ‘traumatised’ afterwards.
