An Aberystwyth man will stand trial later this year after denying using threatening behaviour.

Mark Roberts, of no fixed abode, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court last week.

The 59-year-old pleaded not guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with intent towards Gary Taverner in Bow Street on 23 January this year.

Roberts is due to stand trial at Aberystwyth on 12 October and was remanded on unconditional bail.
