A Penparcau man has been handed a community order after admitting a charge of drug possession.
John Freestone, of 5 Heol Isaf, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 14 February.
The 20-year-old admitted possession of 324g of cannabis in Aberystwyth on 3 March last year.
Freestone was given a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and rehabilitation.
He must also pay costs of £85 as well as a surcharge to fund victim services of £114.
