An Aberystwyth woman has appeared in court charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm by running a woman over with a scooter.

Cherrie Taylor-Grierson, of 61 Marine Terrace, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 13 August.

The 47-year-old is charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on Sara Pateman on Queens Road in Aberystwyth on 28 June last year by ‘running her over with a motorised scooter causing her foot to fracture.’

Taylor-Grierson is next due to appear before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 13 October.

She was remanded on unconditional bail until that date.
