POLICE are appealing for information after a serious crash on the A487 between Penrhyndeudraeth and Maentwrog.

The incident occurred at 3.40pm yesterday (Tuesday) and police are reporting it as “a serious injury collision”.

It involved two vehicles; a silver Audi A3 and a black Audi RS6 estate.

A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “We are urging anybody who may have witnessed the collision, or anybody who was travelling along the A487 just prior to the collision and who may have dash cam footage to come forward.”
