Staff at a wildlife centre in Gwynedd are celebrating the return of one of their ospreys.

Glaslyn Wildlife Centre took to social media earlier today to share the news that Mrs G had returned to her nest.

There’s no sign of her partner yet, but all eyes will be on the nest at Glaslyn, waiting for his return to the nest at Pont Croesor near Porthmadog.

Announcing the news, a spokesperson for the centre said: “Mrs G has returned to the Glaslyn nest!

“Mrs G landed at 8.42am this morning to brighten everyone’s morning.

“We will share a video of her arrival with you later today, but in the meantime, you can watch live here.

“Welcome home, Mrs G!”
