Madam,

We were delighted at Caws Cenarth to hear that HRH The Prince of Wales still thinks our cheese is wonderful.

A visitor to our the farm mentioned that she had attended a star-studded event in London in May, where Prince Charles during a speech on receiving the Special Award at the Fortnum and Mason Food Awards spoke about our cheese, and I quote: “Carwyn Adams in Wales makes a wonderful one called Caws Cenarth”.

The show season is in full swing and already Caws Cenarth has won Best Welsh Cheese at the Melton Mowbray Food Festival and several medals at the British Cheese Awards and there is the Royal Welsh Show where we have a stand in the Food Hall to look forward to.
