One of the popular workshops at the Ysgol Henry Richard, Tregaron PSE day was one led by ‘Cultural Workshops Unlimited’.

This workshop uniquely combined two themes, cultural diversity with healthy eating, and the pupils were introduced to new cultural foods, with demonstrations showing how they are prepared, they also got involved in the preparation and cooking process and most importantly got to taste the different recipes at the end.

The cooking demonstration was also accompanied by interesting information about the different foods and the pupils were given a valuable insight into another culture.
