Madam,

I would like you give our sincere thanks to the staff at Bronglias Hospital for the excellent standards of care that my partner received following a recent hip operation. The standard of care from all members of staff towards her was outstanding and could not be faulted whatsoever. In particular, special praise should go to the staff in the Day Surgery Care unit (thanks Angie) and on Ceredig Ward, West Wing - where we were told “West is Best!” All staff, regardless of position, were helpful, courteous, went the extra mile, always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The hospital was spot-lessly clean throughout. During the day we saw for ourselves the constant cleaning of the floors, toilets, communal places and corridors. So many people these days are quick to run down the NHS. The UK has one of the best health services in the World (if not the best). Well done to everyone at Bronglais and, once again, thank you.
