The owners of a festive house in Llanfarian raised hundreds of pounds for two local causes.

Every year, Angela Owen and Michael Edwards decorate their house, Cwmglas, in full festive splendour, and the scene draws onlookers as they pass on the A487 through the village.

Members of the public are invited to stop and make a donation, with proceeds going towards Llanfarian primary school and Cylch Meithrin.

This year, nearly £500 was raised, with £300 going to Llanfarian school and £160 towards Cylch Meithrin Llanfarian.

Angela and Michael are pictured presenting the cheques to Lisa Farrar, Cylch Meithrin leader and Helen Davies, headteacher at Ysgol Llanfarian, along with pupils Hope, Evie and Arianna.
