These wonderful photographs have been shared by Will Davies.
They were taken in Porthmadog in the 1970s.
Commenting on the first photograph, Will said: “It shows my father, Mr Ferguson (the harbourmaster) and Mr Morris (shipwright), just after my dad had reskinned his boat, Wave of Life. It was taken around 1974 I think.”
Of the second he said: “It shows me, ‘Charlie Bus’ and Mr Morris, the shipwright whose workshop was behind the Ship Inn.
“It was taken around 1972 I think, which would have made me 12.”
