Aberystwyth-based choir, Côr ABC, enjoyed great success at this year’s Gwyl Fawr Aberteifi, Cardigan’s annual festival of music and verse.

Having won the mixed choir competition, the choir was named Choir of the Festival.

The choral adjudicator, Trystan Lewis, also awarded the Conductor of the Festival prize to director Gwennan Williams, making it a hat-trick of wins for the choir.

The choir will next be performing as part of Musicfest Xtra, with a concert at the Old College in Aberystwyth on Thursday, 26 July, at 7.30pm.
