A GROUP of Porthmadog gardeners have visited Ysbyty Gwynedd to hand over the fruits of their labour.

Cae Pawb allotment keepers visited Alaw Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor to present the staff with a cheque for £317.20.

The money was raised by selling their surplus fruit and vegetables in the Porthmadog Local Produce Market, which is held on the last Saturday of every month in the town’s Y Ganolfan
