Coronavirus cases continue to rise in Ceredigion, as several areas report high numbers over the past seven days, according to figures from Public Health Wales.

In Ceredigion, 21 new cases were reported today.

The most up-to-date seven-day total for the county, for 28 November to 4 December, was 114 cases.

Over the past seven days, cases per 100,000 have risen above 300 in health areas Aberaeron & Llanrhystud and Lampeter & Llanfihangel Ystrad.

Ceredigion has now seen 619 positive cases since the beginning of September.

Powys saw 117 positive cases over the same seven-day period, with 23 new cases reported on Monday.
