THE National Library of Wales has once again been sharing some of the fantastic photographs in their collection.

They have been shared by the National Library of Wales and are part of the Geoff Charles collection.

The first picture is titled Merioneth County Agricultural Show at Tywyn. Do you recognise any of the people in the picture?

It was taken by Geoff Charles (1909-2002) on 19 September, 1953.

The second shows the 1959 election in Meirionnydd.

Geoff Charles took this image on 1 October, 1959 and it shows Gwynfor Evans (Plaid Cymru), but who is the other person in the picture?

The third photograph from the collection is of a Welshman who hitchhiked his way round the world.

Islwyn Roberts of Llanbedr, was pictured by Geoff Charles on 12 June, 1958, holding a placard written in French.
