Bingo

THERE is bingo on Wednesday, 14 September at the Rugby Club. Doors open 7.30pm, eyes down 8pm, 50p entry for adults includes tea/coffee and biscuit, in aid of the Royal Air Forces Association, friendship, help and support.

Arwystli Society

THE Llanidloes Arwystli Society has arranged a visit to Gregynog with Mary Oldham on Wednesday, 14 September at 2.30pm with tea at £6 per person. Please phone 07791 987396 if you want to join the visit.

TRINITY Church Harvest Service takes place on Thursday, 29 September, 7pm, and is conducted by the Rev Liz Varley.

Save a life this September

LLANIDLOES’ St John’s Division are running a basic two-hour first aid course for the general public including cardiac defibrillator awareness.

Courses will run every Wednesday evening in September from 7pm to 9pm and on Saturday, 17 September am and pm session certificates and refreshments will be provided.

THE Gardening Club enjoyed an outstanding display on Saturday, 27 August at the Community Centre.
