Some residents in Aberystwyth are currently without water due to maintenance work in the town.

Dwr Cymru Welsh Water have reported that it is aware of a water supply issue in the town with some properties in the town having no water or low water pressure.

Dwr Cymru say this is due to essential maintenance work being carried out in the area.

In a statement, Dwr Cymru say: “We’re aware that customers living in this area may have no water or low pressure at the moment due to essential maintenance work being carried out by our teams.

“All supplies should be restored to normal by later this afternoon.”
