A KIND-HEARTED athlete who has raised tens of thousands of pounds for charity through sponsored walks has completed his latest gruelling challenge.
On Saturday Mike Morris walked from Pwllheli’s train station to the Madoc Yacht Club, where he works as a steward.
Mike, who first started these long-distance challenges in 1988, was joined on the day by friends, colleagues and members of the Glaslyn Walking Group and suspects he has raised approximately £1,500 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
