It is unbelievable that Gwynedd Council does not have a by-law preventing vehicles from being on the beach on the summer when there are children walking and enjoying much-awaited time on the beach.
This was an accident waiting to happen, and the council, with hindsight, should see that there should be no place on any beach for vehicles.
Any beach should be a safe haven, where people can be assured that there is no danger from vehicles.
