Ladies Club

THE CLUB welcomed Morag Bradshaw last Thursday, where she shared her extensive talents with embroidery and quilting. The next event will be a car treasure hunt on Thursday, 19 May, leaving from the Nanhoron hotel at 6pm. Pensioners club

A MEETING was held at the Ganolfan on Tuesday, 3 May, with Mrs B W Jones in the chair.She welcomed members and sent best wishes to members unable to attend. Mrs Jones sent the clubs sympathy to Mair Griffith on the death of her husband.Dr Daniel Evans was the guest speaker, giving an illustrated account of his grandfather’s life and career.Mrs E Poole gave the vote of thanks. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, 3 June.
