Thanks Mr Drakeford for doing almost nothing to ease this neverending lockdown.

After all the positive news about how well Wales is doing, with infection and death rates tumbling weekly, we finally get the news that the supermarkets can sell more of their goods, but other shops here in Aberystwyth remain closed for another month. Why? Morrisons and M&S sell clothes, why then can’t other clothes shops open and start trading? The supermarkets also sell hardware etc: why not let Charlie’s open as well?

So the supermarkets become even richer, and also Amazon, which is where most people have been buying everything else apart from food.

We are already losing shops here, another month will probably see a few more off. This makes no sense to most people here. I hope Mr Drakeford is not counting on our votes in any future election. He may be extremely disappointed.
