While Barmouth flower show is lovely, when tubs are openly placed you will always have twerps that will take them.

It is a shame they spoil the efforts of others who strive to make our environment more pleasant.

The placing of large tubs round the town in parking places get the thumbs down. There is a terrible shortage of spaces outside shops. Far better and safer to use hanging baskets – and it will discourage the twerps.
