I was sad to see the complaint about the RAF aircraft noise.

I appreciate some are not very quiet.

However, do those same people who complain, ever stop to thank all the serving personnel for putting their lives on the line every day on active service. Noise is a small price to pay so that they can become proficient in war zones, as well as each day seeing that our airspace and waters are safe.

I have immediate family who are on active service, and they have been in various war zones for 20 years, as well as ensuring we remain safe here.

The times the RAF fly may need to be sunrise or sunset, have you never driven over the brow of a hill, and found you are blinded by the sun at that time of day, they need to be familiar in all types of conditions, to keep you safe, and eventually to be able to return home to their families.
