Madam,

I note with interest the forthcoming vacation of the old tax office in Porthmadog, and look forward to the successful outcome of a joint project by Gwynedd Council and the owning authority to convert the building into much-needed, publicly-owned, low-cost social housing. Of course the old hospital site at Minffordd is another candidate for similar treatment but... I shan’t hold my breath but I will carry on dreaming.
