The theatre in Harlech has been for sale for quite some time.

Although not a beautiful building - the use of concrete is overstated here; it looks like someone liked the look of concrete! - it does match the flats beyond.

This look could be easily softened with the use maybe of plastic placed here and there.

I think the building would make an ideal art gallery. The building stands out prominently and so advertises itself .

I suppose it would also make a good antique shop.

Hopefully some enterprise will take on this building before decay sets in. This is definitely a good venue.
