Aberystwyth Town Council will put together a business plan for Neuadd Gwenfrewi this week.

During a town council meeting on 25 October, Councillor Lucy Huws said a meeting would be held this week to devise a business plan for Neuadd Gwenfrewi, formerly known as St Winefride’s, and would be led by Cllr Kerry Ferguson.

“I think we’re still showing one architect around this week, and possibly another one, so we’ve had lots of good feedback,” Cllr Huws said.

Cllr Huws also suggested a discussion on having the initial structural survey should take place during the business plan meeting: “Another architect has suggested two names of people who are currently working on the Old College at the moment and could come up with a structural survey for us next week.”
