Snowdonia National Park Authority is considering three new applications for Listed Building Consent.
Scour protection works to the bridge has been applied for at Pont Lliw, Llanuwchllyn in order to protect its pier from ongoing scour and to reduce future scour risk or needs for intervention.
An application has been made at Cae Hir in Bontddu for internal alterations to rear of building to include repair to existing concrete slab, replacement of joists and floorboards to first floor, lime plaster walls, installation of natural stone tiles to floor, and to replace two ground floor windows.
An application has also been made for repairs at St. Mark’s Church, Brithdir for work including re-roofing, rainwater goods, repointing, internal plaster repairs and decorations.
