Plans to use car parking spaces at an Aberystwyth retail park for a retail pod for a national chain have been submitted to Ceredigion County Council.

We Buy Any Car has submitted plans for a Change of use of existing parking spaces to accommodate the siting of a retail pod unit, including associated operational and ancillary works.

The unit would have two full time employees, documents show.

Documents said the “proposed development represents a minor change of use of existing parking spaces and the installation of a fully mobile pod within an established retail park.”

“The proposal does not introduce significant new build development.”
