Plans to demolish a “rundown” home and outbuildings and build six flats in Penparcau have been approved by council planners.
The six flats will be built by Wales & West Housing on the footprint of Caellyn in Piercefield Lane.
Planning documents said the building had been “vacant for a number of years”.
The development will provide three apartments on ground floor level and three apartments at first floor level, documents said.
Each unit will comprise of an open plan kitchen/living and dining room, one double bedroom, and a wet room and parking spaces will be provided for each flat.
