Dyfed-Powys Police are investigating the sudden death of a three-year-old child.

At approximately 4.25pm on Sunday, 21 October, police received a report of a collision involving a child and a 4x4 vehicle at a private property near Llanybydder.

A police spokesperson said: “Tragically, the child died at the scene. Our thoughts are with the family, who are being supported by specially trained officers. Enquiries are ongoing. HM Coroner and the health and safety executive are aware.”

No further details about the incident have been released.
