RESIDENTS have hit out at a council decision to relocate Criccieth Library into a smaller building already in use as a day centre for the elderly.
Gwynedd Council admitted it has plans to move the town’s library from its current location on High Street, across the road and into the Encil-y-Coed Day Care Centre, by the end of May.
But the move has been criticised by library users, who claim people who use both services will be “falling over each other”
