A POODLE and her owner have showcased their “truly awesome” skills at the biggest dog show on earth.

Meirionnydd dog trainer Pauline Hoadley, 69, and her miniature poodle Bizzie, 2, performed admirably at the prestigious Crufts show last weekend.

It meant a 3am start for Pauline and her travelling supporters to get to the exhibition centre in time for their test.

The scheme is run by the Kennel Cub to promote responsible dog ownership and training.
