Once again this year, the hardworking ladies of the Aberdaron Sailing Club have organised weekly evenings of Welsh entertainment at the sailing club in the village.

All the money raised from entry fees and raffles to the Monday night events has been donated to charity and this year a total of £1,200 was raised over six separate evenings.

A cheque for that amount has been presented to the North Wales Blind Society who care for the blind and partially sighted all over the region.
