MEMBERS of the National Exercise Referral Scheme in Tregaron have raised a total of £1,763 for the Alzheimer’s Society.

In July, a coffee morning was held at the leisure centre where £405 was raised with great support from the community.

Then in October, a sponsored memory walk from Rhayader to Elan Valley was organised by Susan Davies and attended by friends, family and members of the NERS. A total of £1,358 was raised.
