Madam,

Re the proposed plans to turn the old Welsh school into units and cafés, may I suggest that part of the said school be used for a new day centre, seeing as the original centre was demolished to accommodate the multinationals. It makes sense as it would be near all amenities such as shops, buses and taxis and on the flat for easy access for the disabled and elderly. This would free up the old town hall which could house the museum and library.
