At Barmouth the over-70s were invited to have their jab at the leisure centre, outside queuing in a wind chill of -8 degrees.

Last year people queued outside in the showers and rain for the flu jab all done in the small area that was the café.Why is this allowed to happen when the whole of the building is empty?

Why could they not use the sports hall to give people shelter from the elements? It makes no sense.
