I would like to call on Gwynedd Council to reassure the people of Fairbourne, and reach out to them on all their concerns featured recently in the Cambrian News.

They spoke of their seeming abandonment to their plight,of being doomed by sea level predictions.

This scenario will be happening often we are told .So the council must address these issues. The people of Fairbourne have paid their dues and must not be ignored by their plight.

The simple answer is total relocation of this village,to higher ground.

With climate problems getting worse. The council must have a strategy in these terrible set of worsening sea levels, which will affect many homes, not only Fairbourne.

They must not bury their heads in the sand hoping this will go away.Time and tide wait for no man.
