Madam,

Re your article in last week’s Cambrian News about the blind man and his guide dog being banned from a shop in Fairbourne.

How terribly shortsighted of this shop owner to exclude this beautiful guide dog and how embarrassing for the dog-owner.

Sure the dog can’t talk, but is a fully trained and taught to obey its master. It is doubtful they would have been in the shop for more than a few minutes anyway.

And how sad that the shop owner did not have compassion for a blind man and his faithful dog.
