AN UNUSUAL ‘sea monster’ has washed up on Meirionnydd’s shores.

The Cambrian News received these unusual pictures from holidaymaker Mike Arnold who was visiting the area a few months ago.

“I was walking along Tywyn beach in late October when this caught my eye,” Mike said.

“I picked it up, took it home and I’ve been trying ever since to find out what it is or was.

“My research has got me nowhere so far so I was wondering if any of the Cambrian News readers can help?”
