Madam,

Seven councillors had to be sent reminders on a total of 16 occasions in the last four years for council tax arrears - Cllrs Maldwyn Lewis, Dafydd Edwards, Gill Hopley, Lorrae Jones Southgate, Hag Harris, Aled Davies and Rhodri Evans.

If ordinary members of the electorate didn’t pay on time, recovery action would be taken.
