There’s an easy way to determine whether any business should receive the grant for lack of earning potential during the lockdown.

All of the business owners, be it second-home owners or any other business dependent on tourism, should show receipts for the same trading period last year.

This will demonstrate whether they have lost income during the lockdown and only those that have should receive the grant.
