Can someone tell me the reason why you can’t have an alcoholic drink with your meal? And at a time when restaurants would at this time of the year, sell the most and make their most profit on sales.

Some of these venues will close, never to open again.

The government has taken the joy of going out for a nice meal and drink away, and given a lot of people the agony of losing their jobs.

I’m sorry I can’t see the justification for this.

In these troubled times people need to let their hair down, if they can’t this will bring even more problems.
