A NEW spa in North Wales is preparing to open, and has teamed up with local product brands.

The Wave Garden Spa, Snowdonia’s new £1.25m luxury spa, which is due to open in Spring 2021, has announced its product house partnerships with luxury brands, Tribe517 and Thalgo. The menu, which includes bespoke and limited edition treatments, has been expertly designed to achieve ultimate relaxation and tranquility following a troublesome pandemic year.

The Wave Garden Spa has carefully selected brands that reflect the spa’s surroundings and values, partnering with leading marine skincare brand, Thalgo and local product line Tribe517, to offer a range of innovative and luxurious face and body treatments and rituals within the spa’s five beautifully styled treatment rooms.

Tribe 517, headed up by local Claire Caddick, is a bespoke product line made in Wales using locally sourced natural ingredients. As well as the divine list of body treatments available from Tribe 517, including head, body and pregnancy massage, Claire has created a bespoke product, just for the Wave Garden Spa which will be used in an exclusive massage to soothe the mind and body.

Designed for men but welcome to be enjoyed by all, ‘The Hot Wave’ is a body treatment balm, made with the natural flora from the area such as rosemary, eucalyptus and star anise. This balm is used in an intense deep heat full body massage with hot ceramic pods to help promote a slumber state. This is a deep muscle massage for powerful relaxation, holistic recovery for fatigued muscles and tired minds. Relaxation at its most extreme.

Complementing the spas natural water springs and ethos of water therapy from the inland lagoon, Thalgo uses marine beauty to help soothe and calm guests. Inspired by the gentle yet energising French Riviera, Thalgo evokes the sensory pleasures associated with the sea, while the fragrances, convey the freshness and luminosity of sun-kissed water. With products scented and inspired by island living including a body scrub containing sand from Bora Bora beaches, these luxury products transport you to the most serene water side locations.

With algae wraps, detoxifying facials and spiruline boosts, Thalgo treatments include fragrant frothy bubbles as well as mineral salts, muds and seaweeds to promote ultimate wellbeing.

Speaking about the product houses that will be in the Wave Garden Spa, Adventure Parc Snowdonia’s managing director, Andy Ainscough said: “We’re delighted to be working with two brands that share our outlook on wellbeing and relaxation.
