Madam,

Whilst on holiday in Aberystwyth to visit family and friends, I was unfortunately involved in an accident. The ambulance arrived quite soon and took me to A&E at Bronglais Hospital, where I was treated with kindness, care and excellent medical treatment. My stay in Iorwerth ward for the next fortnight gave me the same standard of treatment; all the nursing staff and the domestics were kindness itself. Thank you Iorwerth for looking after me!And thank you Jonathan Davies of the Cliff Railway Apartments and Welcome Cottages for very kindly refunding my money for the holiday letting.
