A TATTOO convention in Llanidloes has raised over £4,000 for charity.
People came from far and wide for the sixth annual Powys Charity Tattoo Convention on 7 and 8 July, and raised over £4,000 to be shared between Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre, Royal British Legion and St John Ambulance.
A raffle raised funds to replace Llanidloes community centre’s roof.
There was plenty of local talent, entertaining all who attended the fun-filled family weekend, as well as stalls, a snake charmer, street magician and a special performance from the Dragonette Ladies in memory of local lady and fundraiser Irene Crowther, raising funds for Llanidloes Hospital palliative care unit.
